Welcome, and here’s to a happy, healthy 2024!

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles (the size of thin hair) into the body to treat a multitude of symptoms. The treatment has its history in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been perfected for thousands of years to treat anything from stress to infertility. One session may also include traditional Chinese herbs, cupping, guasha and dietary advice.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the practice of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. Many skilled techniques are used to treat muscles, connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons. Massage therapy treatments can relieve pain, increase mobility and movement, and help with general wellbeing and stress relief.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy is the gentle practice of realigning the body. With bone and joint alignment, CranioSacral therapy, fascial manipulation, and visceral (organ) treatments, the body and its tissues can be gently moved towards proper alignment. A body in alignment can better heal itself of stresses and pain.
